Fremont Road pole barn

The neighbors at 6419 Fremont Road opposed the 10-foot side-yard setback, saying the building would sit right next to their bedroom window and worried about noise.

A neighbor describing himself as living next door said he and the other neighbors had no objection to the barn itself but preferred it 20 feet from the line rather than at the property line, citing noise concerns near a bedroom.
